A: Each photo is minimally edited to preserve the natural look and feel. Adjustments are only made to highlight textures, colours, and moods as they appeared in real life.
Q: Do you sell exclusive or limited editions?
A: At the moment, our prints are open editions. Every print maintains the same quality and attention to detail. In the future, we may offer limited edition collections.
Q: Where are the photos taken?
A: Most of the photographs are captured in natural settings, from local parks and forests to travels abroad. Each piece has its own story, inspired by the atmosphere of that moment.

A: Unless specified, our posters and canvases are sold unframed. This lets you choose a frame that matches your personal style.
Q: Will the colours look the same in real life?
A: Yes. Gelato uses professional-grade printers and archival inks. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but the prints are true to the artwork.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide through Gelato’s global print network. Your order is produced in the facility closest to you, which reduces shipping time and environmental impact.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the product size.
Care Instructions
Q: How do I care for my fine art poster or canvas?
A: Keep prints away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. For posters, we recommend framing behind glass or acrylic for extra protection.
Q: Will the prints fade?
A: No — Gelato uses fade-resistant inks and archival-quality materials designed to last for decades with proper care.
Returns & Replacements
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because each product is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement right away.
